Delivery

All items are posted via Royal Mail. We reserve the right to seek alternative delivery methods depending on the items ordered. We endeavour to post pre-made items out within 5-7 days. Personalised items will take longer depending on the booking slot and waiting time. We will do our best to discuss this with you and advise a suitable shipping estimate.

Postage is for UK delivery ONLY. If you are ordering from abroad, please contact us first to obtain a postal quote. Any customs charges/taxes that may be incurred are the BUYERS responsibility.

Returns.

If you have any issues with your orders at any point, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We accept returns on pre-made items as long as you contact us within the 14 day 'cooling off' period. Return postage is BUYERS responsibility. 
If your item is dispatched wrong or is damaged please contact us and we will discuss a refund or a replacement. 

Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of the personalised portraits /gifts, we are unable to offer returns for these items. We always try to send update emails/messages to ensure you are happy before we post the final artwork. If you have any issues at all please contact us and we can discuss how to resolve it.
